How does it work?
We collect your secure documents in our enclosed, lockable vehicle by a driver wearing a TLM uniform and wearing a TLM Secure Shredding Identification Pass. All of our staff are vetted in accordance with UKSSA standards.
Our driver will hand you a digital tablet to check and sign, which will show the number of bins exchanged, the size of the container, the time, date, coordinates of where we collected the secure waste from, and our drivers name, which can be emailed to you instantly after you sign if required. You can also log into our customer portal and download your documents at any time.
The tracked vehicle will return to our secure facility in Basildon, where your waste will be shredded down to 12mm under CCTV before being recycled. Once this has been done, you will receive your Duty of Care Document via email.
How do you store your confidential papers?
We provide lockable 240 litre containers, which have a slot in the top and an anti-tamper plate installed, meaning that no undesirable hands can tamper with any documents within your container.
